Nomination Rules:

• You can vote once per each email address you have
• You must fill in at least 5 categories for the vote to count
• Nomination period is from January 1st through February 28th

Guidelines:

Participants may take the survey only once and must fill in a minimum of 5 survey questions. A valid email is required to participate. We respect your privacy - emails will only be used to avoid duplicate responses within this survey, and will not be used otherwise by MKE Lifestyle or shared with any third party vendor. 

Nominations will be accepted Jan.1 through Feb. 28, 2019. The top four nominations from each category will then be tallied, and voting to determine each group's winner and runner-up will re-open Monday, March 4th. Voting closes Friday, April 26. 

The winners from each category will be revealed in our August “Best of Greater MKE” issue.
