Stain resistant. Liquid repellent. Odor and fade resistant. We’ve all wanted this for our furniture and now it has finally become reality. Fringe is introducing the performance you require for everyday life. Let’s get real for a minute; when we get something new, whether it be a pair of shoes, a pair of jeans or even a new car, we baby the heck out of them. We do all we can to make sure our new precious items don’t get stained, dinged, covered in bird poop or even a drop of that tall glass of red wine on them. It’s how we feel when we spend all of that money on a new piece of furniture that god forbid someone lays a finger on. Those days are over!

Love your fur babies? So do we! In order for your furniture to stay looking new, here are a few tips we recommend: Vacuum Regularly and/or use a lint brush. Pet hair contains oil that attracts dirt. Vacuuming the hair off of your furniture twice a week will help maintain its longevity. Don’t let your furry friends sit atop the back cushions of your sofa and chair. Back cushions not meant to be used this way; the interiors of the cushions can’t handle the weight and will breakdown much faster. (To avoid your pet from doing this while you’re away, either remove or lie down the back cushions.) When purchasing new furniture, consider your fabric choice. Man-made materials like polyester, acrylic and crypton are durable and easy to spot clean. Crypton is a stain resistant fabric and it does not hold odors. Selecting patterned fabrics can hide pet hair and everyday wear and tear. Leather; it’s not indestructible but can certainly be pet friendly. Leather is durable, cleans well and pet hair does not stick to it. It's important to note, however, that most leathers can scratch, but this can also create a nice patina.
